Tempton is one of the leading personnel service providers in Germany. Every day, more than 11,500 companies rely on us to support them with suitable employees from almost all industries. This includes industrial-technical helpers, specialized helpers and skilled workers as well as commercial staff, certified nursing staff, IT experts, airport personnel, engineers and interim managers.

In 2007, Tempton was established from a merger of medium-sized personnel service companies, thus combining the expertise of several decades. Our corporate philosophy
We have 9,500 employees and value each and every one of them highly. Therefore, it is our duty to treat them responsibly. As a rule, our employees generally receive permanent employment contracts and a remuneration at least in line with the collective bargaining agreement.
