During the interview, you will get to know your consultant. He or she will take care of you personally in the future. You will discuss with him or her what kind of work you would like, what working hours best fit your life, and what skills you already have. If we reach an agreement, you will receive an offer and subsequently a permanent employment contract from us.
Tempton has more than 140 locations and 11,500 customers throughout Germany. This enables us to offer you suitable technical jobs or jobs in the skilled trades in your area. You decide how far away from your home your assignment may be. On your first day of employment - sometimes even before - we will take you personally to the company, if possible, show you your workplace and introduce you to your colleagues.
We plan with you for the long term, which is why you will receive a permanent employment contract from us. The length of your temporary employment with one of our customers varies: from one month to a maximum of 18 months at a time. However, should you ever feel very uncomfortable with a customer, your consultant will intervene immediately and, as a last resort, find you a new assignment.
Some companies sometimes need extra support. The overtime you accumulate accrues in your overtime account. You can take this overtime as free time or use it to bridge the time you are not assigned to a customer.
Actually, we do not want to lose anyone and that is why temporary employment is our main task. However, some customers would like to take over our employees. If you agree to this, we will decide on a permanent employment after a mutually defined period of time.
